Three Mermaids Holdings owns and operates a family of businesses and real assets, built to compound value across generations rather than quarters.
We invest our own capital, acquire companies from founders who want a steward rather than a buyer, build new platforms where we see a gap, and run what we own with operating discipline.
Our roots are in software and real estate: a customer-relationship platform founded in 2004 that still serves paying customers, and an income-producing property portfolio in Massachusetts. Everything we add to the portfolio is held to the same standard.
Marble, stone and the work of hands
Not everything we own is software or paper. Three Mermaids fabricates and installs natural stone, and we build the systems that keep that trade busy.
United Stoneworks is our stone fabrication and masonry operation: marble, granite and quartz countertops, fireplace surrounds, vanities, and architectural stone, templated and cut to tolerance, and installed by people who have done it for decades.
It is also the proving ground for our technology. The lead-generation and customer platform we built for United Stoneworks is the same one we now offer to fabricators and trade businesses across the country, so the craft and the software sharpen each other.
