Three Mermaids Holdings LLC (“we”) operates threemermaids.llc. This notice explains what we collect, why, and who handles it.

What we collect

Nothing, unless you submit the inquiry form. The form collects your name, email address, phone number, company (optional), your stated area of interest, capital range, timeline, accredited-investor status, and any message you write. We also record the IP address and time of submission to prevent abuse.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, to continue a conversation about an investment, acquisition or partnership. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Vercel, Inc. hosts the site and processes requests, including server logs.
Resend, Inc. delivers inquiry emails to us and a confirmation to you.
Your inquiry is then held in our business email. No customer-relationship system, analytics service or advertising network receives it.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts.
